UCANDO started from a simple observation: the best support workers were losing hours every week to documentation that software should help with.
Australian NDIS providers carry a heavy documentation load. Progress notes need to show what happened, how it connected to a participant's goals and what the outcome was — and they need to hold up months later during an audit or a payment query.
UCANDO turns the part workers already do well — describing the shift out loud — into a structured record. The AI drafts; the worker reviews and owns the result. Managers get visibility on gaps before they become findings.
